Design Brief
Cadbury put a high priority on welfare of employee as it has a passion to reform the society and giving an alternative to grimy city life. Once employees have a happy family life, they will help the others in return. As a cycle, everyone helps one another and finally all human beings will be treated equally.
Cadbury's ambition: Creating A Prosperous, Enterprising And Inclusive Community.
It aims to build an harmonious society for everyone, which enables people can be treated evenly everywhere. It starts with a small circle, which represents a small group of people (employee), then the circle is getting bigger, which represents a larger group of people. If everyone follows the pattern, the circle will be enlarged endlessly and thus forms a LOOP. The spa's main theme is to emphasise equity, so every visitor can be treated equally and enjoy same relaxation within the spa.
